God's Grace and Peace be with you all from the Young Adults!

It is hard to believe that we are gearing up for the start to a new church and school year!!
This past year went by so quickly and was filled with so much activity for the young adult group including: the
study of a variety of books and topics during the Young Adult Sunday School class; outreach to our community
via visits to the Lutheran Home, helping with Habitat for Humanity, caring for our military service folks with
continued prayer, cards and care packages, assisting with the Fairfield Food Pantry and Gettysburg Soup
Kitchen, supporting one another and folks within the Lower Marsh Creek family as we navigate the journey of
life, etc.; as well as, time for enjoying fellowship in one another's homes, breaking bread together, playing and
talking with one another. Thank you to all the young adults for creating such a great year of Bible study, service
and fellowship.
On Sunday, July 24, we will have a Pool Party following 10:30 am worship at the Williams' home (241 Carr
Hill Rd).
And HOORAY for the start of this new church year! We will gear up our new year with the 3rd Annual Young
Adult Labor Day Cookout on Saturday, September 3rd, 5:00pm, hosted by Janice and Tom McCraw: 787
Burnside Drive, Gettysburg, PA, 17325.
In addition, the young adult Sunday school class will resume on Sunday, September 11th, 10:00am to
10:45am, in classroom #4. Please join in the young adult study, service and fellowship!

New folks are always welcome to join in our study and fellowship. The Young Adult Sunday school class meets from 10:00am
to 10:45 am in classroom #4 located in the Fellowship Hall.
